Concert and live-event projects deliver picture-locked cuts within one to two weeks. Corporate multi-cam material mostly locks in three to five days from material delivery. This covers panels, conferences, and executive interviews shot across Milan's Porta Nuova business district and Rome's EUR district. Editors work across Avid Media Composer for the Rai, Mediaset, and Sky pipeline, Adobe Premiere Pro for branded content and sites deliveries, DaVinci Resolve where colour leads the finish, and Final Cut Pro for fast digital turnarounds bound for social and sites deliveries.

Colour-matching across mixed Sony, ARRI, RED, and Blackmagic bodies is set at FrameByFrame Roma or Edi Effetti Digitali Italiani before angle selection starts. High feed counts move a lot of data, so media management starts on the truck. We back up every card and feed to redundant storage before a frame leaves the venue. Proxies are built for the edit while the camera masters stay archived and checksummed. This keeps a twenty-plus angle concert workable on the bench, with the full-resolution sources safe and ready for the online conform.

On-location ingest is planned with the production from the recce on. Our media managers set up at the venue, whether that is the Arena in Verona or a studio outside Milan, and pull cards between sets. Synced rushes can reach the cutting room the same night, so an assembly is ready by morning. This tight loop suits festival broadcasts and tour captures where the edit must keep pace with the show.
