Line 1 connects Garibaldi to Vomero and beyond. Famous for art stations (Toledo, Università). Line 2 serves Campi Flegrei.
Crew tip: Toledo station is one of world's most beautiful - worth scouting. Metro filming requires ANM authorization.
ferry
Essential for Capri, Ischia, Procida, and Sorrento. Molo Beverello and Mergellina ports. Frequent hydrofoil service.
Crew tip: Equipment transport to islands requires cargo ferry coordination. Book in advance for summer.
bus
SITA buses for Amalfi Coast. ANM for city. Circumvesuviana train to Pompeii and Sorrento.
Crew tip: Circumvesuviana every 30 min to Pompeii (35 min) and Sorrento (70 min). Not air-conditioned.
taxi
White licensed taxis. Fixed rates for common routes. Consortaxi and Radiotaxi Napoli.

Centro Storico ZTL and chaotic. Lungomare has metered parking. Underground parking at Municipio and port area. Amalfi Coast parking extremely limited.
Naples Film Commission assists with ZTL permits. Base camp options at port industrial area or Mostra d'Oltremare grounds. Amalfi Coast productions often base in Salerno.
Naples Centro is congested - allow extra time. Centro to Pompeii: 35 min train. Naples to Positano: 1.5-2 hr by car (longer in summer). Naples to Capri: 50 min hydrofoil. Amalfi Coast road is slow but scenic - budget 2 hr for Amalfi to Ravello even though it's close.
