Trusted, broadcast-grade gear has to reach every corner of Italy, from central Rome to remote spots in Calabria or the Cinque Terre. That takes a supplier with set logistics and kept stock. Our gear service gives cinema-grade cameras, full lighting systems, pro audio packages, and grip stock that travels wherever your production goes. Each item is checked, tested, and packed to a production-ready standard before it leaves our hands. Our team also stays on call across your shoot, ready to advise on swaps or add-ons as conditions change.
Our Italian rental inventory is calibrated for Tuscan golden hour, Dolomite winds, and Roman summer heat alike.
Camera packages run from compact documentary rigs up to complete cinema builds. Our lighting stock covers LED, HMI, and tungsten systems for interiors, exteriors, and mixed-light scenes across Italy's varied conditions. Audio gear includes location sound packages, wireless microphone systems, and boom rigs built for studios and outdoor sites alike. Grip kit spans basic rigging through pro dollies and remote heads. Our Data Management service then makes sure media is safely ingested and backed up at the end of each shooting day.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What equipment do you have available?
We source from TSF, Panavision Rome, RVZ, and other major Italian rental houses. Stock today reaches the ARRI Alexa 35 and Mini LF, RED V-RAPTOR and Komodo, and the Sony VENICE 2. The lens range spans Zeiss Supreme, Cooke S7, and Angenieux zooms. Lighting runs from ARRI SkyPanel X to M-series HMIs to Astera tubes. Audio is Lectrosonics, Wisycom, and Sound Devices. If it is in pro use, we can get it.
Do you provide technical support during the shoot?
We give phone support for all packages, and technicians stand by on set to build any tricky rigs. The camera prep happens the day before, with the AC team ready for the shoot, so we never send untested gear. If something fails during the shoot, Rome rental houses can mostly swap units same-day. Regional shoots are harder, so we build in backup gear for anything mission-critical.
Can you create custom equipment packages?
Custom packages are the default. DPs spec their camera kit, gaffers pull their lighting orders, and sound mixers pick their wireless frequencies. We plan across departments so it all works together: matching power draws to pack capacity, confirming lens coverage for the sensor size, and keeping wireless audio and video clear of each other. The package fits the show, not the other way around.
What is included with equipment rental?
Each package brings batteries charged and tested, media cards formatted, and cables and adapters for whatever you plug into. Cases for transport come standard, with expendables like gels and diffusion on request. We pack backup bodies for cameras and backup transmitters for audio, the gear that saves the day when Murphy's Law kicks in. Setup help and walkthroughs cover any crew new to a specific piece of gear.
How does pricing and insurance work?
Italian rental houses run on daily rates, with weekly bookings discounted from the fourth or fifth day. We quote in euros, all-in apart from damage waivers. The gear needs production insurance, and most global policies are fine, but Italian houses must see the certificate before they release any kit. Deposits vary too: basic packages need little to none, while high-value lenses and specialty items call for larger ones.
