Here is how the picture comes together. Live recording sessions are tracked to Dolby Atmos-ready stems where the theatrical or top home release supports it, with calibrated downmixes for streaming and broadcast delivery targets. Rights administration is set up through SIAE for the Italian territory plus the global PRO of the composer's home registration, with cue sheets and full publishing/mechanical records delivered alongside the masters. Standard agreements transfer full ownership of first compositions to the producer including publishing and mechanical rights — clearly framed up front in the composer contract so there's no rights ambiguity at the TV networks, distributor or sites delivery stage.
