Our PAs come from exactly that ladder.

Here is the short of it. They have crewed on Italian theatrical features for Sorrentino, Garrone, Guadagnino, Rohrwacher, Bellocchio and Moretti, on Studio-grade streaming series for Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV+, Disney+ and HBO shot through Rome and Milan, on the global productions that route through Cinecittà's expanding stage tricky moving toward twenty-five sound stages by 2026, and on the high-end commercials and fashion films that move through Milan's design grid and Quadrilatero della Moda ecosystem.

Here is the breakdown. Set PAs handle lock-ups, crowd control, talent escort, walkie distribution and the daily call-sheet flow; office PAs run production communications, filing, document flow and the CCNL Cinema Audiovisivo paperwork that lands on the line producer's desk for ENPALS reporting; runners and drivers cover gear pickups, ATA Carnet movements at Fiumicino and Malpensa, airport transfers and the last-minute errands that the shooting schedule simply will not bear without help on every shooting day.

Here is what that looks like on the ground. Our PAs operate in English with global directors and HODs while keeping every Italian vendor, Comune office, Soprintendenza contact, Questura clerk, ASL inspector and Vigili Urbani officer moving in Italian, so the moments where a shoot day usually stalls — a missing prop, a rerouted truck through Rome's ZTL limited-traffic zone, a sudden venue restriction at a palazzo, a saint's-day procession blocking the call, an unexpected ferragosto closure, an acqua alta day in Venice — resolve fast and stay off the production report.

Here is how the picture comes together. They know Cinecittà's twenty-plus stages and backlots intimately, plus the studio clusters around Milan, Turin and Bari and the regional production hubs in Apulia, Sicilia, Sardegna, Toscana and Veneto. We staff planned productions one to two weeks ahead and can usually fill last-minute positions within 24 to 48 hours, matching experience level to need — feature-credited PAs on key set positions and entry-level CSC-track talent on general support, with overtime managed against CCNL Cinema Audiovisivo and August holiday rules to keep the production compliant on every day.
