Audio tracking on an Italian production has to read accurately in every room. That means the dub stages at Cinecittà, the controlled rooms inside Lumiq Studios Turin, and the shifting noise floor of a Roma centro storico location worked inside a ZTL window.

Our inventory pulls sound-cart consumables from Aroundsound, EM srl, and Microphone Italia. We also hold more than a hundred sets of closed-back production headphones. The Sony MDR-7506 and Sennheiser HD 25 give isolation at the mixer's position. The Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro adds comfort across the long days that drama and feature schedules demand. Each set is bench-checked before delivery. Spare pads, coiled cables, and adaptors travel in every kit. So a snapped strain relief on day two of a Cinque Terre coastal shoot does not leave the boom op without reference.

Beyond the cart, our team supplies fifty-plus IEM rigs from Sennheiser and Shure for talent tracking, with custom ear moulds ready for principal cast. We plan frequencies alongside the wireless microphone and IFB plan. That keeps transmissions clean inside the range AGCOM allocates to Italian production audio after the 700 MHz reallocation. Video village tracking is built out with director headsets and client headphone stations from the Panalight Rome and Milan inventory. We add active speaker systems for review playback at Mediaset Cologno Monzese and Rai studios.

On the day, AITS-affiliated Italian sound mixers run the chain, all trained at the Cinecittà sound stages. Tech support stays on call across the schedule, and scaling is simple. We can deploy dozens of tracking positions for ensemble drama at Bartolini Roma or large multi-camera shoots at Lumiq Turin.

Metering travels with every monitoring kit, not just headphones. Loudness meters and reference tone let the mixer match levels to broadcast specs on set. We tune each rig to the platform the show delivers to, whether RAI, Sky Italia or a streamer. That catches level and phase faults during the take, not in the dub stage weeks later. The sound department leaves each location knowing the reference holds.

Delivery runs from our Rome base out to the rest of Italy. We ship same-day inside Rome and next-day to Milan, Turin, Florence and Naples. Kits move on to regional unit bases in Tuscany, Sicily or the Dolomites when the shoot travels. Each case ships bench-checked, with spare pads and cables packed in. So a crew reaching a remote location finds reference-grade monitoring ready to plug in.
