Contestant logistics are set up alongside the edit and security teams. This covers housing in production villas around Castelfusano or Lake Como, ground transport, on-set welfare, and medic standby.

We schedule unscripted runs around the fast pace these formats keep. The team plans shoot blocks, challenge days, and studio recordings into one calendar. An edit pipeline then turns footage into cut episodes on a tight weekly rhythm. We hold backup days for weather-dependent outdoor challenges.
